Glenn A. Sonnenberg is President and CEO of LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). He has been directly responsible for the acquisition, management and/or disposition of over $6.0 billion of real estate and debt investments in the United States and Canada, as well as the issuance of over $1.0 billion in collateralized debt obligations.
Prior to joining LaSalle Debt Investors, Glenn served as Managing Director of Prudential Carbon Mesa, where he was co-CEO and the senior executive for funds management and served as acting-COO of the parent (NASDAQ:WMFG). Previously, he was President of ING Real Estate Investors and Executive Vice President of Kearny Street Real Estate Company (a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley), both opportunistic real estate investors and managers.
Glenn serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of Bet Tzedek—the House of Justice, Stephen S. Wise Temple, the USC Libraries Board of Counselors and Para los Niños. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and the USC Gould School of Law Board of Counselors. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, B.A. 1977, History, magna cum laude, phi beta kappa, Glenn also received his J.D. in 1980 from USC. He began his career as a real estate and finance partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble and Mallory. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He frequently speaks on real estate investment and finance. He received the USC Alumni Service award in 2004 and the Bet Tzedek Lainer award in 2005 and the Jewish Federation Legal Division Maimonides award in 2015.
Chip Sellers is the Executive Vice President of LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors).
Prior to joining Latitude Debt Investors, Chip was a Principal at Prudential Carbon Mesa where he was chairman of the credit committee for the company and its funds. He was also responsible for reporting and compliance functions at PCM. From 1995 to 1998 he was Vice President and Senior Portfolio manager at ING Real Estate Investors and was the chief operational officer responsible for the Mountain AMD portfolio, which was one of two public-private partnerships in which the FDIC participated. Through the term of this partnership Chip was the FDIC’s primary contact on this portfolio. He was also responsible for the management and disposition of ING’s B piece portfolio, and worked with Glenn Sonnenberg to successfully obtain a Special Servicer rating for ING Real Estate Investors.
Prior to his work at ING, Mr. Sellers worked for First Nationwide Bank and was one of the two principals responsible for the formation of Mountain AMD and the sale of FNB’s interest in that portfolio to ING. His other duties at FNB included credit monitoring and his role as a lead participant on the real estate portfolio annual reserve reviews by the FDIC and OTS. Prior to his work at FNB, he was First Vice President of Security Pacific National Bank after beginning his career at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.
Chip graduated with honors from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, with a BA in economics and received his MBA in finance from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Craig Oram is a Managing Director of LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). He leads the originations team, with responsibility for the sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of equity and debt investment across all commercial real estate property sectors. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has been directly involved in the acquisition and origination of over $3 billion in equity and debt investments. Craig serves on the company’s investment committee.
Prior to joining LaSalle Debt Investors, Craig was a Director in the New York office of Andersen Corporate Finance LLC, a middle market investment bank. He was responsible for mergers & acquisitions and structured finance transactions, as well as providing specialized corporate finance advice.
Craig received a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Economics degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Brett is an Investment Committee member for LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors).
From 1990 to 2004 Brett was at Heitman/JMB where he served several positions, culminating in partnership. He worked on over $1 billion in real estate workouts, acquisitions, developments restructurings and financings. During his tenure at the company Brett was involved in various types of assets including multifamily and condominium projects. Also, while with the company, he worked on joint venture fund programs including, a land venture with California’s largest home builder as its partner as well as the creation of a South American commercial real estate investment fund. After departing from Heitman/JMB, Brett created, ran, partially owned and raised the money for two separate strategic joint ventures with one of the country’s largest public pension funds as its lead investor and a large public developer as a co-owner. Collectively, those two ventures targeted $140 million to invest in inner city neighborhood retail throughout the country.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver and a Masters in Communications degree from Loyola University. Mr. Mayer sits on the board of the USC Ross Minority program and ANERA, a refugee aid program.

Mark is a Principal of LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). Mark is responsible for the sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of debt investments across all commercial real estate property sectors.
Mark was an Associate Vice President of Latitude from 2010 through 2014 and underwrote, structured, closed and asset managed approximately $400 million of bridge loans across all asset types. Before re-joining the company, Mark was an Associate Director with LRC Properties based in New York. LRC Properties focused on acquiring value add office, industrial and retail properties along the East Coast. During his time at LRC, Mark was responsible for underwriting, closing and managing the company’s southeast office and industrial portfolio.
Mark attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and received a B.S. degree in Finance and International Business. Mark was a member of the Division I men’s water polo team and currently serves as a co-chairman of the Lions Water Polo Association.
Luke is a Vice President with LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). He is responsible for the day to day asset management for all LaSalle Debt Investors funds in performing and non-performing debt and equity investments, including servicing and reporting.
Throughout the last five years at the Company, Luke has managed over $2 billion in debt and equity investments for various property types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial and hospitality, as well as over $500 million in loan restructuring and over $100 million in REO disposition.
Luke received a BA degree in 2006 from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Kevin is a Principal of LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). He is responsible for the sourcing, pricing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of debt investments across all commercial real estate property sectors.
Kevin was a Principal of Latitude from 2002 through 2008 and underwrote, structured, closed and asset managed, $600 million of bridge loans across all asset types. Before re-joining Latitude, he was a Vice President with Wells Fargo and was responsible for underwriting, structuring, closing and asset management of over $350 million in bridge and term loans for institutional and high net worth individuals across multiple asset types. Additionally, he served as a Senior Asset Manager in the ORE group of Wells Fargo, where he was responsible for the management and disposition of bank owned commercial real estate. Prior to that, he was an Investment Analysis Director for CIM Group where he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. He also served as Assistant Vice President with WMF Capital Corporation where he was responsible for underwriting conventional, mezzanine, and bridge financing. Kevin has held various positions within the real estate community as a principal and associate.
Kevin received a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
James is a Vice President at LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors) and is responsible for assisting in loan origination, financial reporting, and asset management of debt investments across all commercial real estate property sectors.
Prior to joining the Company, James was a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Merchant Banking group focused on opportunistic executions across the whole capital stack (i.e. stretch-senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and common equity) and structured financing solutions (i.e. distressed loan pool financing, loan-on-loan financing, repurchase facilities, and leveraged buyouts).
James holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
Ethan is an Associate at LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors), and is responsible for assisting in loan origination, financial reporting, asset management and investor relations.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Ethan interned at Marcus & Millichap, where he assisted the multifamily brokerage team with their work in the Colorado markets. He also held an internship at Zilo International Group, a management consulting firm, assisting with business development and project management.
Ethan graduated from the University of Denver in 2019. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Dominic is an Analyst at LaSalle Debt Investors (formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors), and is responsible for assisting in loan origination, financial reporting, and asset management of debt investments across all commercial real estate property sectors.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Dominic interned for Redcar Properties, where he assisted Asset Management in the performance of Class A office investments within Greater Los Angeles. He also previously held internships with Lyon Living, SteelWave, and LAB Holdings, all commercial developers based in Southern California.
Dominic graduated from Boston University in 2021. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
Logan is an analyst at LaSalle Debt Investors and is responsible for assisting in loan origination, financial reporting, and asset management of debt investments across all real estate property sectors.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Logan was a Research Associate with Zonda, where he provided financial and market advisory services to multifamily real estate developers for projects throughout the United States. He also held internships at Cypress Equities and OliverMcMillan, two real estate development firms based in Dallas and San Diego, respectively.
Logan graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2020. He received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from SMU's Cox School of Business.

Melody is a Vice President of LaSalle Debt Investors (Formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). She is responsible for the reporting and compliance functions for all funds, ESG objectives and financing facilities such Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs). Melody is also responsible for sourcing, pricing and closing of securities such as CMBS and CRE CDO. Since joining the Company, she has been involved in closing of over $200,000,000 in securities.
Melody received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate and Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and holds a Real Estate Brokers License.
